titleOfInvention Herbicidal composition
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a herbicidal composition having synergistic effect, suitable for paddy fields, by mixing a specific pyrazole compound and an organophosphorus compound. n CONSTITUTION: A herbicidal composition comprising a pyrazole compound of the formula (n=0,1) [e.g. 1,3-dimethyl-4-(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl)-5-(benzoylmethoxy)- pyrazole,] and S-(2-mehyl-1-piperidyl-carbonylmethyl),0,0-di-n-propyldithiophosphate as effective components. n EFFECT: High hervicidal effect which can not be attained by individual use of each herbicide. Single application of this composition to a paddy field substantially inhibits the growth of all sorts of weeds, and its inhibitory effect lasts so long that weeding is scarcely needed after that. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
