titleOfInvention Wheel for agriculatural work and manufacturing the same
abstract PURPOSE: To manufacture the wheel for agriculatural work at low cost which has superior rustproofness without using antirust paint and has rubber covered body fitted on the metal ring part of an iron wheel, by applying adhesive on the whole surface and covering with rubber covered material. n CONSTITUTION: A metal wheel body 1 is fofmed by allowing several pieces of metal arm rods 3 to be projected radially from a metal shaft cylinder 2 and fixing a metal ring 4 at the top end of the arm rod. The wheel body 1 is dipped at first in a liquid tank which stores adhesive and revolved, and the adhesive is perfectly applied over the all surface. The wheel body 1 applied with adhesive is inserted between two- divided upper mold 7 and lower mold 8, and after a cavity 14 is formed on the outer peripheral part of the metal ring 4 by the upper and lower molds 7 and 8, rubber liquid 12 is filled in the cavirty 14 from the liquid tank 13, and after a fixed time, said adhesive 5 and rubber liquid 12 are solidified, and thus an agricultural wheel having a lug 15 and a protrusion 16 is finished. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
