PURPOSE: A composition for powder coating that is composed of an air-drying polyester that is solide at room temperature, a compound containing lead and a radical initiator, thus having hith decorativeness, high storage stability and wide range of controllable baking conditions. n CONSTITUTION: To (A) 100 parts by wt of an air-drying polyester that contains 0.2W40wt% of a component giving the air-drying property which is selected from unsaturated or saturated alicyclic compounds, compounds containing furan group, tetrafuran group and benzyl group and has a molecular weight of 500W20,000 and is solid at room temperature, are added (B) 0.00001W1 part (calculated as lead element) of at least one lead compound selected from organometallic compounds, organic acid salts, and inorganic salts and (C) 0.01W5 parts of a radical initiator that has 1 minute half-life temperature of 130W300°C and 10 hr half-life temperature of 70W200°C. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio |
