The formed reinforcement 3 is installed on the stage 8 around the cavity 2 of the base metal mold 7. Liquid material as urethane foaming material is casted into a cavity 2. An upper metal mold is fitted. Casting material passes through the reinforcement 3, securing it firmly to construction sheet B.
