titleOfInvention Welding method
abstract PURPOSE: To provide the subject method comprising the steps of: adding to disolvsolve an organic peroxide to an α-cyanoacrylate bonding agent and a rubber solution, and bonding and tack welding a material to be deposited by use of said mixture solution thereby to obtain an excellent weld free of voids and blowholes. n CONSTITUTION: An organic peroxide is blended beforehand in either of α-cyanoacrylate bonding agent and a rubber solution. The rubber solution is applied onto one or both of materials to be deposited to vaporize the solvent. Then, the α-cyanoacrylate bonding agent is applied onto another or both of the materials to be deposited, both surfaces thereof being caused to tightly adhere, and bonded and tack-welded. Furthermore, the above described rubber solution is prepared by dissolving natural rubber or synthetic rubber in an organic solvent in the concentration of 1 to 20 weight %, preferably 2 to 10 weight %. The quantity of the organic peroxide to be blended is preferably 0.5 to 30 weight % relative to 100 parts by weight of α- cyanoacrylate monomer or rubbers. Furthermore, by blending organic amines in a rubber solution containing no organic peroxide, it is possible to accelerate the bonding speed. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
