titleOfInvention | Air pressure pump |
abstract | PURPOSE: To prevent or relax water shock to check valve in continuous liquid transferring, one pump unit starts to discharge liquid immediately before the other pump unit stops liquid discharge, and pinch valve is controlled. n CONSTITUTION: After unit 10' starts discharging liquid, when the liquid level of tank 1 in unit 10 reaches the lowest limit, one contact of level switch opens and the other contact closes. At the same time, the solenoids 71, 322 are excited to actuate the exhaustion-use electromagnetic valve 32 and the ejector 6. The electromagnetic valve 32 functions to gradually exhaust compressed air in the pinch valve 31 through the work of speed controller 33. Thus, the pinch valve 31 gradually opens, causing slow closing of check valve 5 for liquid discharge, in spite of increasing pressure in the pipe 51 due to the liquid discharge from the unit 10'. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio |
