titleOfInvention | Air pressure pump |
abstract | PURPOSE: When operation changes from intake to discharge, air suction valve is gradually opened, whereby check valve is for liquid inlet is prevented from abruptly closing and water shock is either eliminated or greatly reduced. n CONSTITUTION: When the liquid level in the tank 1 reaches the upper limit, contact b of the level switch 71 opens and the contact a closes. This demagnetizes the solenoid 32 to close exhaust valve 3 and energizes the solenoid 225 to stop compressed air feed to pinch valve 21 in the suction valve 2. Compressed air stopped by the pinch valve 21 is gradually discharged through the speed controller 223 at a speed required while the pinch valve is being fully opened. When the pinch valve is opened to the full degree, compressed air is introduced in the tank 1 to increase its pressure, then liquid in the tank 1 is discharged through the discharge-use check valve 5. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio |
