PURPOSE: To provide the title drug having low toxicity and no side-effects, and effective to incision, scald, eczema, atopic dermatitis, cutaneous ulcer, etc., by using specific prenyl ketone compounds (some of which are novel) as effective components. n CONSTITUTION: Compound of formula I [the sign of formula V represents a saturated or unsaturated bond; R 1 is lower alkyl; R 2 is prenyl group of formula VI (l, m and n are O or 1, with the proviso that 1+m+n≥2; a-f are H, a-b, c-d and e-f form bonds)] is added as an effective component to cream for external application, ointment, etc. for accelerating the heal of skin injury.
