titleOfInvention 5-acyloxymethylindazole derivative, its preparation, and preparation including the same
abstract NEW MATERIAL:5-Acyloxymethylindazole derivatives of formula I (R is 1W30 C hydrocarbyl). n EXAMPLE: 5-Acetoxymethyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1-phenylindazole. n USE: Antiarteriosclerotic, analgesic agnet, especially anti-immflammatory agent; these compounds have anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic, antiallergic, and blood platelet anticoagulant activities, show no side effect and low tixicity, thus being safely used. n PREPARATION: The condensation reaction of 4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-5-hydroxy methyl- 1-phenylindazole with an acylating agent is effected in the presence of a condensation catalyst, then, when necessary, the product is subjected to the removal of protecting groups or salt formation, thus giving the compound of formula I. The acylating agent used is, e.g., a carboxylic acid of formula III (R' is 1W30C hydrocarbyl) or its reactive derivative, such as acid halide. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
