abstract | PURPOSE: After a water-soluble salt as sodium alginate is added to minced fresh fish for feed, fucoidine, a salt of polyacrylic acid are dissolved, further, divalent or more valent metal salt or sea water is added, thus preventing the pollution of sea caused by raising fishery and increasing the utitlization rate of protein. n CONSTITUTION: After fresh fish for feed as sardine is minced, sodium alginate is added thereto, then fucoidin and a salt of polyacrylic acid as sodium salt are dissolved. Then a divalent or more valent metal salt as calcium sulfate or calcium chloride or sea water is added to the mixture to coagulate, whereby the water- soluble proteins are coagulated. Therefore, the pollution of sea water caused by water-soluble proteins can be prevented. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio |
