titleOfInvention | Production of ultrafiltration membrane for treatment of pulp waste liquid |
abstract | PURPOSE: To produce the captioned membrane which has a dense skin layer and a sponge layer of large opening degrees by dissolving polysulfone resin into the mixed solvent of N-methyl-2-pyrolidone and dioxane and forming the films by a wet system. n CONSTITUTION: The production of the ultrafiltration membrane having the dense skin layer and sponge layer of large opening degrees becomes possible only when polysulfone resin is dissolved in the mixed solvent of N-methyl-2-pyrolidone being a good solvent and dioxane being a solvent of about medium degree and the solution is filmed. At this time the suitable mixing ratios of N-methyl-2-pyrolidone and dioxane are a range of about 80:20W about 60:40. This ultrafiltration membrane exhibits superior performance as the membrane for treatment of pulp waste liquid. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio |
