abstract PURPOSE: To prevent dangerous states such as runaway of an input LSI, by inserting a diode between the output circuit of a reset unit and the positive output circuit of an internal power supply circuit, and stopping the full output through the 0 level kept for the reset signal if the main power supply is in short-circuit. n CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sensors 17 and actuators 18 are connected with an electric control circuit network 28, power supply and electric wires, and the circuit network 28 is constituted to be reset with the zero level signal of the reset unit 30. Further, a diose 31 is inserted between the output circuit of the unit 30 and the positive output circuit 21 of an internal power supply circuit 21, and normally the cathode of the diode 31 is kept at, e.g., 8V and the anode is kept at 5V. If a conductor 21 is in short-circuit and the potential is 0V, the cathode of the diode 31 is at 0V and forward characteristics are shown. Accordingly, the circuit network 28 keeps reset state and all the outputs in the circuit network 28 are stopped.
