abstract PURPOSE:A skin decolorizing composition capable of decolorizing liver-spots or birth marks in a short time, without irritating the skin, comprising a sulfur-containing compound having a reducing action and other ingredients as essential ones. CONSTITUTION:A two-or three-pack type skin decolorizing composition comprising two or three types of (A) egg yolk oil or a lecithin-oil mixture, (B) a basic composition containing a sulfur-containing compound having a reducing action, e.g. an aqueous solution containing ammonium thioglycolate and NaOH, and (C) an acid composition, e.g. an aqueous solution containing potassium brominate, and citric acid. The composition is used in the dosage form of a solution, emulsion, gel, cream, or aerosol.
