abstract | PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a firmly bonded composite object, by a method wherein a plastic resin member with a hollow being open to the outside is placed at the inside of a mold so that it can abut on to the inside of an open cavity, and a bond material is poured into the cavity for molding. CONSTITUTION:Where, for example, a bumper guard 2 is produced, PVC resins are extrusion-molded to produce a No.1 member 3 formed in a convex cross-section and having a perforation 5, provided in the longitudinal direction, which has openings 5 at both ends thereof. A transparent polyester resin film Al serving as a luminous member 6 is deposited on a protruding surface of the member 3, and a tetra mylar film having a vinyl fluoride film layer on the outside thereof is adhered to the surface when a press-molding is performed. The No.1 member 3 is then placed at the inside of a cavity 8 of a mold 7, a thermoplastic rubber being poured into the cavity 8 through a pouring passage 81. And thereby the No.1 member 3 and a No.2 member 4 are bonded closely at the perforation 5 of the No.1 member 3, and the bumper guard 3 where the luminous portion 6 is exposed to the outer surface thereof can be obtained. |
