titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of resin formed product |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain an FRP product having a smooth surface and pertinent in watertightness by a method wherein a surface of one of a pair of male and female molds is covered with a surface body, reinforcing fibers are laminated on the back surface of the surface body and the other mold is put thereupon and pressed. n CONSTITUTION: A thin surface body 1 of thermoplastic resin formed so as to have a same configuration as a surface of a formed product, being used in contact with hot water for a long time, such as a washstand or a bathtub is put upon a male mold 2 formed by a rubber-like elastic substance. A reinforcing fiber body 5 is arranged on the surface body 1, further, wooden reinforcing pieces 6, 7 are arranged within the reinforcing fiber body corresponding to marginal portions of the formed product. a female mold 8 is put thereupon and the cavity between both f the mols is closed tightly, then, liquid thermoplastic resin (unsaturated polyester resin, epoxide resin or the like) is poured into the cavity between the molds through a pouring port 10 and cured therewithin, thus, an FRP product is obtained. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio |
