abstract PURPOSE: Title composition that contains a specific pyrimidine carbamate, another specific insecticide and at least one of carbamate preparation as the effective components, thus showing outstanding effectiveness on various kinds of pests, especially insect pests in vegetables such as resistant leafhoppers. n CONSTITUTION: Said composition comprises 2-dimethylamino-5,6-dimethylpyrimidin-4-yl dimethylcarbamate, on organophosphate, a methyl carbamate and pyrethroid insecticide as the effective components. They are combined usually in a proportion of 10W90% and prepared by usual manners. The resulting composition shows much stronger insecticidal activity by their synergism than known other compositions and can control various kinds of insect pests, especially resistant leaf hopper (Nephotettix bipunctatus cincticeps).
