titleOfInvention Novel butenophenone derivative
abstract NEW MATERIAL:A trans-butenophenone derivative of formula I (Ar is phenyl, furyl groups, etc.; R 1 is 5W8C alkyl, lower alkenyl group, etc.; R 2 is lower alkyl, benzyl group, etc.; NR 1 R 2 is morpholino, N-methylpiperazino group, etc.). n EXAMPLE: N-( 4-Phenyl-4-oxo-2-transbutenyl )-N-methyl-cyclohexylaminehydrochloride. n USE: Preventives and remedies for cerebro-cardiovascular thrombosis, having blood platelet antiagglutinating actions. n PROCESS: An aldehyde of formula V is reacted with a metallic compound of a propargylamine derivative of formula VI (M' is magnesium halide, etc.) to form an alkynolamine derivative of formula III, which is reduced with LiAlH 4 to give a trans-alkenolamine derivative of formula II. The resulting compound is oxidized with MnO 2 , etc., to afford the trans-butenophenone derivative of formula I. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
