| abstract | PURPOSE: To reduce assembly man-hours by approaching a pair of heat-insulating panel ribs close to each other, holding both ribs with joining sleeve, injecting heat- insulating material between the both panels to make foams, and adhering the both ribs on the internal surface of sleeve. n CONSTITUTION: Heat-insulating material 9 is filled between external board 2 and internal board 3 consisting of plural veneers joined together at the joining part. The both sides of heat-insulating material are hermitically sealed by side walls consisting of reinforcing timber 6, forming foam board 7 and synthetic resin board 8. In the meantime, after placing the rib 3 of one heat-insulating panel 1 and the rib 3 of the other heat-insulating panel 1 in a proximity to each other, the bent parts 3b, 3b are caused to be held by joining sleeve 4 having almost the same internal diameter as clearance between the tips of the bent 3b, 3b.
