titleOfInvention Novel butenophenone derivative
abstract NEW MATERIAL:Trans-butenophenone derivatives of formula I (Ar is phenyl, naphthyl, furyl, or thienyl that may be substituted with alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, or halogens; R 1 is lower alkyl, adamantyl; R 2 is alkyl). n EXAMPLE: N-(4-phenyl-4-oxo-2-trans-butenyl)-N,N-diethylamine hydrobromide. n USE: Medicines for remedy and preventive of thrombosis in heart and brains, because they have strong activity inhibiting the coagulation of blood platelets. n PREPARATION: In an example, a metal compound of propargylamine derivative is made to act on an aldehyde derivative of Ar-CHO to form an alkynolamine derivative of formula II, which is reduced to a trans-alkenolamine derivative of formula III. Then it is oxidized to the objective compound of formula I. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
