titleOfInvention Soft capsule containing active vitamin d3, and its preparation
abstract PURPOSE: To prepare a soft capsule containing active vitamin D 3 , having high light stability, and capable of being identified with its color according to the content of the active component, by filling a soft capsule containing specific UV-absorber, with an oil solution of active vitamin D 3 . n CONSTITUTION: A light-stable soft capsule containing active vitamin D 3 is prepared filling a soft capsule containing ≤1.0%, pref. 0.01-1.0% of a UV-absorber with an oil solution of active vitamin D 3 such as 1α-hydroxycholeclciferol, 1α,24-dihydroxycholecalciferol, etc. The UV absorber has a transmittance of light (310 nm) in a 0.01% aqueous solution of ≤10% and an absorption band in the region of visible light, and is e.g. 1-(4-sulfo-1-naphth ylazo)-2-naphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid trisodium salt, etc. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
