titleOfInvention Polyurethane composition
abstract PURPOSE: A composition having improved antistatic and anti-staining properties, comprising (A) a specific surfactant, wherein hydrophobic and hydrophilic groups are bonded via urethane and/or amide linkages, and (B) a polyurethane. n CONSTITUTION: A composition comprising (A) 0.1W5 wt.% of a surfactant having hydrophobic and hydrophilic components bonded via urethane and/or amide linkage and a molecular weight of 2,500W30,000 and (B) a polyurethane. The surfactant is obtained by reacting (a) a compound having one or more isocyanate groups, prepared by reaction between (i) a hydrophobic component consisting mainly of a compound selected from polyalkylene oxides other than polyethtlene oxide, aliphatic polyesters, and their mixture and (ii) preferably an organic diisocyanate, with (b) a hydrophilic component consisting mainly of polyethylene oxide. The content of the hydrophilic component is preferably 30W80 wt.% based on the total weight of the surfactant. n USE: Artificial leathers, coating compounds, elastic fibers, etc. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
