titleOfInvention Hard urethane foam
abstract PURPOSE: To prepare a hard urethane foam having excellent dimensional stability at high temperature, by compounding the stock solution of a urethane form with a reactive inorganic-organic composite containing polyobs. n CONSTITUTION: (A) A urethone foam stock solution comprising (a) a diisocyante, e.g. diphenylmethame dissocyanate, etc., (b) a polyether or a polyester for the hard polyurethane e.g. pentaerythrithol, etc,. (c) a bowing agent, e.g. trichlorofluoromethane, etc., and (d) a catalyst, is compounded wimposite containing diols, triols, tetraols, etc., and foamed to give the desired porduct. The component (B) is the reaction product of a synthetic inorganic stratiform compound containing an interlaminer ion, e.g. lithium, etc., between the layers, with an organic compound having two or more hydroxyl groups. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
