titleOfInvention Flame-retardant resin comosition
abstract PURPOSE: 1,3,6-Tris(4,6-diamino-1,3,5-triazine-2-yo)hexane and a halogen-containing compound are added to a resin to produce title composition with good heat resistance, molding stability and reduced sublimation. n CONSTITUTION: (A) 50W97, preferably 70W96wt% of a resin, preferably polyphenylene oxide resin, is kneaded with (B) 1,3,6-tris(4,6-diamino-1,3,5-triazine- 2-yl)hexane of formula I and a halogen-containing compound other than phosphorus-containing compounds, wherein the total amount of (B) and (C) is 3W50, preferably 4-30wt% and the weight ratio of (C)/(B) is 0.1W1, preferably 0.3W0.7. Further the addition of cyanuric acid, or isocyanuric acid ro their derivative of formula II or III (R is H, 1W3C alkyl, 1W3C oxyalkyl) lowers the sublimation. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
