abstract PURPOSE: 1,3,6-Tris(4,6-diamino-1,3,5-triazine-2-yl)hexane and a metal salt or a metal hydroxide are added to a resin to produce title composition with good molding stability, reduced sublimation and bleeding properties. n CONSTITUTION: (A) 50W97, preferably 70W96wt% of a resin, preferably polyphenylene oxide resin, is kneaded with (B) 1,3,6-tris(4,6-diamino-1,3,5-triazine- 2-yl)hexane of formula I and (C) at least one of a metal salt, metal oxide or metal hydroxide other than phosphates and halides, wherein the total amount of (B) and (C) is 3W50wt% and the weight ratio of (C)/(B) is 0.1W1.
