titleOfInvention Preparation of heat-resistant conjugated diene rubber
abstract PURPOSE: To prepare a conjugated diene rubber useful as fuel hoses, print rolls, oil seals, etc. and having excellent thermal aging resistance to oils and solvents, by copolymerizing plural Rinds of (meth)-acrylates having aminodiphenylamine groups with a conjugated diene monomer, etc.. n CONSTITUTION: The monomer II-I are prepared by reacting an amine I (R 1 and R 2 are H, etc.) with (meth)allyl glycidyl ether, oleylepoxy (meth)acrylate, tetrahydrofurfuryl (meth)-acrylate, 2-chloroethyl (meth)acrylate, etc., respectively. Preferably 0.1-10 wt.% of the above monomer is copolymerized with 10-99.9 wt.% of a conjugated diene monomer (e.g. 1, 3-butadiene, etc.) and 0-89.9 wt.% of an ethylenic unsaturated monomer (e.g. acrylonitrile, etc.) in the presence of a radical initiator to give the desired diene rubber. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
