abstract | PURPOSE:To use energy effectively by sending LPG, evaporated by heat conducting pipe in heating water tank, from tank to boiler from which a part of exhaust gas is conducted to heating water tank to heat the tank. CONSTITUTION:LPG stored in tank 1 is pressurized by pump 1 and sent to heat conducting pipe 12 in heating water tank 3 through preheater 17 to be heated by heating water so that it is evaporated and sent to the boiler 4 to be combusted and drive generator driving turbine. A part of combustion exhaust gas is sent to blowing pipe 8 of heating water tank 3 by blower to be injected from blowing port 18 to heat heating water. At this time, moisture in exhaust gas is condensed to be a part of heating water, and the increase in heating water tank 3 is conducted to preheater 17 through pipe 20, and here, the water exchanges heat with LPG to be cooled to the normal temperature to be used for industrial water, etc. By doing so, energy can be used effectively. |
