PURPOSE: To provide a method for the nonspecific hemolyzation of erythrocyte without reducing the amount and function of leucocyte, by treating a hematocyte dispersion with a specific hematolytic agent as an amide derivative. n CONSTITUTION: A hematolytic agent selected from the group of an amide derivativeI(R 1-3 are H, alkyl)(e.g. acetamide), a carbamate II (e.g. methylcarbamate), a carbohydrazide III, a halogenal hydrate IV (X is halogen) (e.g. chloral hydrate), and polyethylene glycol oleyl ether, to a hematocyte dispersion. The ratio of the hematolytic agent to the dispersion is 2.5W3.5 to 1 for the compoundIWIV (as 0.3W 0.60 M aqueous solution), and 1 to 6W10 for ethylene glycol oleyl ether (as 5W20, pref. 10% aqueous solution). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio |
