NEW MATERIAL:Proataglandin analogs of formulaI(Y is ethylene, transvinylene; R 1 is -C n H 2n COOR 5 ; R 5 is 1-4C alkyl; wave lines on the 11, 15 positions mean α-,β-conformation or their mixture; the double bond between the 5 and 6 positions is Z) or their cyclodextrin clathrates. n EXAMPLE: (5Z, 13E)-(9α,11β,15S)-6,9-epoxy-11,15-dihydroxyprosta-5,13-dienolic 2-(NN-dethylamino)ethyl ester. n USE: Prostaglandin-like medicines especially suited for remedy and preventive medicines for hypertonia, arteriosclerosis, heart failure and thrombosis. n PREPARATION: A compound of formula III [the absolute conformation at the 5 and 6 positions are (5S,6S)] derived from a compound of formula II (R 10 is H or so) is subjected to dehydrobromination to form the objective compound of formulaI. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio |
