titleOfInvention Manufacture of thermal insulation facing material
abstract PURPOSE: To manufacture the title facing material with good finish at its end (s) by continuously conveying a plurality of outer skins having concaves and end- treating material having dents between adjucent skins, followed by continuously injecting an expandable material from the upper part to perform expansion. n CONSTITUTION: A plurality of outer skins 2 having concaves 1 and end-treating material 4 having dents 3 and covers 5, 5 between adjacent skins, are continuously transferred; during this process, an expandable 6' such as urethan resin, etc. is injected in the skins through a nozzle 8 followed by passing through between conveyor bottom 15 and top force 16 to carry out expansion forming an heating to obtain the objective foam 10. The covers 5, 5 may prevent the expandable material 6 from excessive injection in the concaves 1, 1, thus effecting good finish at the end (s) of the foam 10. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
