abstract PURPOSE: To improve adhesivity between a fiber-reinforced layer and a rubber layer by forming an inner layer and an outer layer both made of a rubber material mainly composed of a blend of ethylene-propylen-diene tertiary copolymer (EPDM) with chloroprene (CR), properly containing a reaction accelerator mainly composed of resorcinol. n CONSTITUTION: An inner layer and/or an outer layer are made of a rubber material mainly composed of a blend of EPDM with CR, properly containing a reaction accelerator mainly composed of resorcinol, to constitute a rubber hose having a fiber-reinforced layer.
