titleOfInvention Solar energy heat collection plate
abstract PURPOSE: To absorbe sun-ray energy effectively by using a heat collection plate made of zinc and zinc alloy plated steel covered with a coating of more than 50mg/m 2 . n CONSTITUTION: For example, antimonyl potassium 2.7g, 35% hydrochloric acid 30g, citric acid 5g are dissolved in water 1l, and thus the pH is set at 2. This solution is sprayed on melted zinc plated steel plate at 60°C for five seconds. The plate is washed with water. After this, a 5% water solution of chromium trioxide is sprayed on it. Then it is evenly squeezed by a squeeze roller and dried. Thus, a heat collection plate is formed. The amount of attachment obtained comprises approximately antimony 100mg/m 2 and chromium 50mg/m 2 . This heat collection plate exhibits a reflection coefficient of 1 % or less at wavelengths 0.2 to 2 μm and a reflection coefficient of 90 to 95 % at wavelengths of 10 μm and above. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
