titleOfInvention Polyester film
abstract PURPOSE: An inexpensive polyester film having improved adhesiveness, slipperiness, and anti-block properties, comprising a specific concentration of organic nitrogen atoms in the skin layer of a biaxially drawn polyester film containing a poly (ester- ether). n CONSTITUTION: A biaxially drawn polyester film having one or more organic nitrogen atoms per 100 carbon atoms only in the skin layer 10 nm or less below one or both sides of the film measured by the ESCA method, formed from a blend of a polyester and 0.3W10 wt.% of a poly (ester-ether). The poly (ester-ether) is a block copolymer consisting of long-chain ester and short-chain ester blocks. The long-chain ester blocks consist of repeating straight chain units of long-chain ester of formulas I and II, and the short-chain ester blocks consist of repeating straight chain units of short-chain ester of formulas III and IV. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
