titleOfInvention Preparing resin molded motor
abstract PURPOSE: To provide a recovery function of insulation resistance that is worsened from a moisture absorption, by simultaneously welding the winding of self-welding wire further with the winding partially or wholly exposed, when is a work of one unit molding by thermohardening resin. n CONSTITUTION: With a molding processed for a stator magnetic core 1, a winding 2 with a self-welding wire used, and a terminal 8 and the like, simultaneously and temporarily by a thermohardening resin, to construct a resin molded layer 7, the structural unit is made for combination use both of purposes, insulation and housing. In this way, the thermohardening resin, used for a molding material, is given a thermomelting viscosity above 800 CPS with a suppression made for the characteristic of impregnation. And an exposure is made at the side of a coil end interior of the self-welding winding 2. Accordingly, the winding 2 keeps the permeability of gas and moisture as compared with that in the resin molding layer 7, and the moisture and water will be prevented from being tightly sealed even for use in atmospheric ambience of high humidity, thus with the recovery function provided for restoring the insulation resistance that goes down as a moisture is absorbed. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
