abstract PURPOSE: To improve an elastic recovery property and a chemicals resisting property, by bridging elastic polymers to ensure that block copolyester containing soft segment at fixed rate is mainly used an orthochlorophenol insoluble portion becomes not less than a fixed quantity. n CONSTITUTION: Polyoxyalkyleneglycol such as polyoxyethyleneglycol, which molecular weight is 300W5000 and the ratio of which carbon number to which exygen number is 2.0W4.5, and/or fatty polyester are used as soft segment, aromatic polyester is utilized as hard segment, the rate of soft segment is made to be 20W 80 weight % of block copolyester, the mixture is block copolyesterificated, the copolyesterificated matter is molded in a joint shape, the substance is bridging treated by radiation, ultraviolet rays, etc. and an orthochlorophenol insoluble portion is made to be not less than 20 %.
