titleOfInvention | Tester for trigger element |
abstract | PURPOSE: To constitute always a bus having no redundant part to prevent noise by supplying signals only to a measuring circuit which is selected arbitrarily by the control of a control part. n CONSTITUTION: When signals from DIAC 1 and power source 4 are supplied to leak current measuring circiut 2-1 and are measured, the DIAC and the power source are connected to circuit 2-1 and signals are not supplied other measuring circuits 2-2 and 2-3 if odd-numbered relays of relays 3-1 to 3-8 of bus part 3 are turned on. At a peak point characteristic measuring time, signlas are supplied from DIAC 1 and power source 4 to required measuring circuit 2 and are not suppied to other circuits if even-numbered relayes are turned on. Circuit 2-3 is provided for oscillation output measurement. Thus, signals are supplied only to a selected cirucit, so that a tester which terminates at the circuit may be completed. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio |
