titleOfInvention Moisture permeable gas shelter
abstract PURPOSE: To improve the dimensional stability and moisture permeability, by carrying out the treatment, such as solvent removing agent, additive removing agent by special solvent, adhesion of moisture absorbing material, on porous member coated or impregnated the solution of hydrophilic high molecular compound etc., at the moisture permeable gas shelter. n CONSTITUTION: 5W1000wt.% of additives (glycols etc. soluble to the above high molecular compound) against the high molecular compound, is added to hydrophilic high molecular compound (cellulose group resin etc.) and is dissolved in solvent and then, is coated or impreganted on porus member (natural paper, synthetic paper etc.) and moreover, the solvent is removed by natural vaporization or heating etc. Next, hygroscopic substances (polyhydric alcohols etc.) are adhered by dipping method, spraying etc. after removing the additives by inorganic or organic solvent (formamide, acetic acid etc.) and washing with water. Thus, obtained hygroscopic gas shelter having less than 300μ of thickness, is surpassed in dimensional stability and moreover, is possesed low gas transmissivity and high moisture permeability. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
