abstract | PURPOSE: To enable to maintain well-balanced permeating capacity for many hours, by carrying out dipping treatment after carrying out saponification bridge formation of membrane formed by the solution of α-olefin/vinly acetate compound polymer and boron compound. n CONSTITUTION: Dope is made by adding boron compound, such as boric acid, borax etc., to the solution of 0.5W90mol% of C 2W30 α-olefin and 99.5W10mol% of vinyl acetate or vinyl acetate polymer saponified 0.5W80mol%. After membrane is made from the above dope having 5W50wt.%, preferably 10W30%, concentration by wet process, membranous substance is obtained by carrying out sapoinification and bridge formation at the same time in 0.5W15wt.% of alkali concentration of alkaline alcoholic medium at 0W90°C. Moreover, dipping treatment of the above substance is carried out by dipping in the alcoholic medium or armaotic or halogenide hydrocarbon corresponding to the mol ratio of α-olefin. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio |
