abstract PURPOSE: To manufacture the title foamed product having excellent heat resistance and heat insulation, and good dimensional stability after extrusion, by extruding a specific resin composition composed of a polypropylene resin, 1,2-polybutadiene resin and a styrene resin to a low-pressure zone. n CONSTITUTION: 100 Parts by weight of a resin composition composed of (a) 100 parts of a polypropylene resin having a density of 0.880W0.920 and an MI of 0.1W 20, (b) 5W20 parts of a 1,2-polybutadiene resin having a 1,2-bond content of ≥ 70%, an intrinsic viscosity of ≥ 0.7 (toluene, 30°C) and a melting point of ≥ 40°C, and (c) 5W20 parts of a styrene resin having an MI of 0.5W20, is kneaded with [(c) + 7] parts by weight of trichloromonofluoromethane and/or methylene chloride at high temperature and pressure under which at least a part of the (a) component is converted to be insoluble in xylene at 130W140°C, and the kneaded mixture is cooled and extruded to the low pressure zone to obtain the foamed product having a degree of expansion of 15W50 times. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
