abstract | PURPOSE: To manufacure a heat-insulating wall having uniform foam density, ecocomically, with minimum raw material consumption, by poruing foamable raw liquid from a nozzle into a frame while traversing the nozzle relative to the frame. n CONSTITUTION: A stock liquid 11 of urethane foam 7 is poured from a nozzle 9 uniformly into a frame 1 while traversing the nozzle 9 to the direction of the arrow 10. Immediately after pouring, a release paper 12 is applied to the opening 2 of the frame 1, and the surface of the foaming liquid 11 is pressed with a mold. Before the solidification of the stock liquid 11, the pressing mold is lifted, and the foaming and solidification of the liquid is completed to obtain the foamed urethane 7.
