| abstract |
PURPOSE: To obtain a refrigerator box having enlarged stress acting on an inner box and preventing a micro crack, by coating the main parts of the plastic inner box with wax previously, followed by expanding an urethane foam stock solution injected into the gap between the inner box and an outer case. n CONSTITUTION: In the production of refrigerator box, the main parts of the inner box are coated with molten wax, and an urethane foam stock solution is injected into the gap between an outer case and a plastic inner box and expanded. Molten non- solvent type wax is made in a turbulent flow condition under pressure and sprayed uniformly on the inner box without using air.
