titleOfInvention Manufactureing of porous sheet having excellent resistance to deterioration
abstract PURPOSE: To prepare a porous sheet having improved resistance to hydrolysis, and useful as an artificial leather, etc., by coagulating a solution of a hydrophobic polyurethane elastomer using three kinds of additives such as a quaternary ammonium salt as coagulation controlling agents. n CONSTITUTION: The objective porous sheet is prepared by coagulating a solution of a hydrophobic polyurethane elastomer having a clouding value of ≤13, in the presence of (A) a quaternary ammoninu salt soluble to the solvent of the polyurethane elastomer, esp. an alkyl trimethyl ammonium chloride wherein the alkyl is 4W26C alkyl, (B) an inorganic salt which is soluble in water, insoluble in the above solvent, and dispersible in the solution of the polyurethane elastomer as fine powders, e.g. NaCl, KCl, etc., and (C) water. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
