titleOfInvention Acrylic rubber composition
abstract PURPOSE: To provide an acrylic rubber composition having high rate of curing and green strength, and excellent processability, composed of a specific sulfur-curable acrylic rubber, a 1,2-polybutadiene, sulfur, etc. n CONSTITUTION: The objective rubber composition is prepared by mixing (A) 97W 50 parts by weight of a sulfur-curable acrylic rubber obtained by the copolymerization of an acrylate of the formulas IWIV (R 1 , 3 , 5 are 1W8C alkyl; R 2 , 4 , 6 are 1W6C alkylene) with monomers mainly composed of a conjugated diene monomer, (B) 3W50 parts by weight of a 1,2-polybutadiene having a vinyl content of ≥70%, a crystallinity of ≥5%, and an intrinsic viscosity (30°C, toluene) of ≥0.7, and (C) proper amounts of sulfur and ordinary rubber chemicals, and kneading the mixture at 80W200°C. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
