titleOfInvention Preparation of pinwheel for pinball macine
abstract PURPOSE: To easily produce a pinwheel mounted to a game board surface of a pinball machine in a revolution-free shape by means of an axial nail by the projection molding of plastic. n CONSTITUTION: A pinwheel body A is formed in such a manner that three fliers 2 are radially installed around an axial cylinder 1 in projecting shapes, and a ring- shaped body 3 is further unified so as to join the front edges of the outer ends of each flier. A bearing protion 4 is formed to a rear end of the axial cylinder 1, and a fitting hole 6 with a diameter further larger than an inner diameter of an intermediate portion 5 is shaped to a front end. When projection molding the pinwheel body A, a connection band 7 with length approximately same as a radius of the main body A is lengthened, and a bearing portion material 8 is beforehand formed integrally to a nose of the connection band 7. The bearing portion material 8 is fitted into the fitting hole 6 by forward turning up the connection band 7 at a base end portion. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
