PURPOSE: To prevent the lowering of adhesivity of a rubber-reinforcing fiber, and to prevent the lowering of heat stability of the adhesive layer, by treating the rubber- reinforcing fiber with an adhesive treatment liquid containing a resorcinol-formaldehyde precondensate, a rubber latex, and a specific compound. n CONSTITUTION: A rubber-reinforcing fiber is treated with a treating liquid mainly composed of a resorcinol-formaldehyde precondensate and a rubber latex, and containing pref. 0.02W4 wt% of a compound of the formula (R is H, 1W6C alkyl; n is 2W8), e.g. N,N'-hexamethylene-bis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxycinnamamide), N, N'- hexamethylene-bis(2,6-di-propyl-4-hydroxycinnamamide), etc. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio |
