titleOfInvention | Epoxy resin curing agent |
abstract | PURPOSE: To prepare an epoxy resin curing agent having excellent compatibility with epoxy resins and cold-curing property, and giving a cured epoxy resin having high water resistance, by reacting specific polyamine component with a dicarboxylic acid component. n CONSTITUTION: A polyamideamine, which is a curing agent of epoxy resins, is prepared by reacting (A) about 0.2W5 moles of a mixed polyamine component comprising (a) an alkylene polyamine having 2 or more amino groups in a molecule, e.g., ethylenediamine, hexamethylenediamine, etc., and (b) (o-, m- or p-)xylylenediamine with (B) 1 equivalent of an acid component mainly composed of a dicarboxylic acid of formula I or II (one of Xs is H, and the other is carboxyl; m,n are 3W9; m+n is 12), at about 100W320°C for 1W8 hours. The molar ratio of (a) to (b) is 5W100 to 100. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio |
