titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of hydrogen storage alloy electrode |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a nickel-metal hydride secondary battery at the same low cost as a nickel cadmium secondary battery, while maintaining high capacity compared to a nickel cadmium secondary battery without deteriorating battery performance. Provided is a method for manufacturing a hydrogen storage alloy electrode that can be manufactured. A paste containing a hydrogen-absorbing alloy is applied to at least one row of a band-shaped region having a large number of holes and at least one row of the band-shaped metal plate including a non-porous region. Applying the paste so that the width is equal to the electrode length, and cutting the band-shaped metal plate coated with the paste at a boundary between the paste-coated region 4 and the non-coated region along the longitudinal direction of the band-shaped metal plate. And cutting the strip-shaped metal plate coated with the paste at intervals along a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. |
