abstract | (57) [Summary] (with correction) [PROBLEMS] To satisfactorily remove hydrogen and oxygen remaining in a discharge vessel. A power supply conductor (103) including a sealing portion (103a) and a halide-resistant portion (103b) is inserted into end portions (101b) at both ends of a translucent ceramic discharge vessel (101). An electrode 104 is provided, and the space between the end portion and the sealing portion is hermetically sealed by a ceramic sealing compound seal 106, and hydrogen and hydrogen are present near the base end portion of the halide-resistant portion. An oxygen getter 105 was provided. The position of the hydrogen and oxygen getters is optimal for gettering, and since the hydrogen and oxygen permeable portions of the power supply conductor do not function as getters, the power supply conductor absorbs hydrogen and / or oxygen and becomes embrittled and sealed. There is no loss of adhesion. Hydrogen and oxygen getters It is supported by a ceramic sleeve 102 or a halide-resistant part inserted between the power supply conductor and the end portion of the discharge vessel. |
