abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To solve the problem of pile collapse which has been a factor that hinders the luxury of conventional pile fabrics, to have a silky soft texture, and to have a high quality and very high commercial value. Providing pile fabric suitable for interior decoration. SOLUTION: A pile fabric in which at least 90% by weight of a pile yarn is composed of polytrimethylene terephthalate, a single yarn crimp pitch is 500 to 2000 μm, and a crimp elongation is 10% or less.
