SOLUTION: An aromatic crystalline polyester resin (A) composed of polyethylene terephthalate and / or polyethylene naphthalate (A) has an acid component of 60 mol% or more and tetramethylene glycol in an amount of 60 mol% or more based on 5 to 99.5 wt%.
