titleOfInvention | Hydrocarbon conversion catalyst composite containing multiple metals and method of using the same |
abstract | (57) Abstract: The use of this catalyst in hydrocarbon conversion, particularly in reforming, results in improved selectivity for desirable gasoline or aromatic products. A group IVA (IUPA14) metal component is contained in an amount of 0.01 to 5% by weight on an element basis, and a platinum group metal component is contained on an element basis. The europium metal component, in which 0.01 to 2% by weight and 50% or more of the europium is present as EuO, is 0.05% on an elemental basis. A catalyst composite comprising a combination of a refractory inorganic oxide carrier containing up to 5% by weight. |
